At Ashrafi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags and packaging).
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 4).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or discounted without a return option.
  • Damaged/misused items (unless defective or wrong item received).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 7 days:
  2. Pack Securely: Repackage the item with original tags and receipt.
  3. Ship Back:
    • Free Pickup: For Dhaka (we’ll arrange pickup).
    • Self-Ship: Outside Dhaka? Ship via Steadfast at our address.

3. Refund Process

Approval: We’ll inspect the item and notify you within 3 business days.
Refund Method:

  • Original Payment: Refunded via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer (3-5 business days).
  • Store Credit: Opt for faster credit (issued immediately).
    Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. Contact us first.
  • If the replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

Wrong or faulty item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll replace it or refund you.
